Conference in Platanias/Chania

Several solutions for accommodation can be easily found in Platanias. Nonetheless, September is a high touristic season for Greece and Crete, but the Conference Organizers have pre-booked a number of rooms at the Conference Venue as well as in nearby hotels. There is public transportation between hotels all day long. Kindly find below a list of suggested hotels along with the price that they can offer to the Conference participants. Leventi) always with a reference to a bank account, including the I.B.A.N. and SWIFT code, where a possible refund may be remitted, less bank charges.

September is high touristic season, and all reservations need to be paid in advance. All refunds for accommodation will only be processed after the completion of the Conference.

There will be no cancellation fee if the notification for cancellation  is sent until the 11^th of July. Cancellations sent from the 12^th of July to the 11^th of August will receive a refund of 50% and after this date (12/8/23) unfortunately there will be no refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to receive a refund - less 40.00 euros handling charge.
